hi Dad,I do believe you are still out there somewhere and watching over you family,many years ago when I was about 10 years old and living at merlin ave I remember you having terrible problems with your first wife,you tried to take your life by gasing yourself,I managed to get the kitchen door key by puting a newspaper under the door and pushed the key through onto the newspaper then pulled it under the door and this enabled to open the door-turn off the gas-open all windows-you where to heavy for me to pull into the living room and in those days I didnt know much about first aid,I threw a bucket of cold water over you and you came too,and the first thing you said and we thought later that it was quiet funny was " you fckn trying to drown me you little bugger " we laughed with joy and tears that you were saved and I am glad as well because if I hadnt saved you - you would never ever had a future with your ever lovable wife Maureen and the three young lads Raymond-Graham-Stephan-to this very day,so take care Dad and " ah´ll see ye when ah see ye " lol Jim & Birgit xx
